Ranking Guide
- S - Brand new, newly bought from boutique
- SA - New & Unused
- A - Looks new, probably stored or used once or twice
- AB+ - Used a few times with little to no signs of usage
- AB - Obvious signs of usage but nothing that affects functionality of the bag
- B+ - Major flaws but still usable, not for fussy
- B - Bag spa needed
P.S. Price is generally indicative of condition, while ranking correlates with the seller's diligence in curation

Items that are price more than ₱10,000 are accepted for layaway option.

Notes
Once a deposit has been made, changing of items is no longer allowed. There will be no refunds nor returns for any cancelled or forfeited items.
There will be a grace period of 15 days after due date. Failure to settle or at least inform us will result in forfeiture of payments made and the item will automatically be put up for sale without the buyer's acknowledgement.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
- Changing of items is not allowed once orders have been finalized, and/or deposit has been made. Within three (3) days after receiving the package, we will accept returns for eligible items. For more information about our return policy, read further below.
- Your item must be returned unused and unworn with all tags (including our security tag) still affixed and in its original packaging. The return item must be in the same condition, with no inclusion absent. Therefore, please pack and secure the item with care. Ineligible for a refund if the item is not in the same condition as when it was purchased.
- After an item has been purchased, Life of RiLee is not responsible for any new damage or wear that may occur to the item.
- At Life of RiLee, all items are previously owned, and because we are not part of the manufacturing process, we are unable to honor any brand specific warranties. We are unable to predict how future use may affect an item. When defects and flaws are disclosed, we cannot accept returns.
- Due to the fact that we sell pre-owned bags, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on purchases made in our showroom. Kindly inspect before buying. Once the item has left our facility, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, all sales are final.
- Return and refund of items claiming counterfeiting will require proof or certification from an established authenticator within seven (7) days of purchase, or within fifteen (15) days if shipped outside Luzon.
